When you are unable to make time to come to us, or indeed for us to come to you we can deliver coaching and counselling packages via skype. These are packages and cost will be per package. Payment is non refundable /transferable and a deposit of 25% is due one week before commencement this also is non refundable / transferable. When you book these packages you have one week's grace to cancel, On the date of commencement payment must be met in full and this is also non refundable / transferable. Appointments - cancellation without min 48hrs notice will not be remade.
